Lenten Devotion St Saviours, St Albans

Peter and his wife welcomed us to the Lenten Devotion with tea and coffee.
We started with a short time of meditation then Peter told us about the story and history of Lent, from its beginnings, before the time of Constantine until the present day.

We concluded the Lenten devotion in the way we began with a time of socialising with the other vegers of the Diocese, sharing stories since we had last seen each other.
