There was a tour of the church looking at the stained glass windows at 7:00pm
June saw many members gather together for their annual Alban Supper. Once again this was held at All Saints Leighton Buzzard on June 23rd. However this year, before the meal, we were given an excellent and interesting talk on the windows of the Church by, Brian Willet, one of the Vergers there. The church has some fine examples of Kempe glass the most impressive being the great west window showing the Saints George, Ethelreda, Michael Hugh and Alban. The suburb Meal was once again provided by the ladies of the Leighton Buzzard Dining group. We were delighted that the Archdeacon of Bedford accepted our invitation to join us on this occasion.
